As a PA Licensed Home Care Agency 123 PHHC provides home care services in the client's home, or other independent living
environment.

with assistance with eating, toileting,
bathing, eyeglasses and hearing aid care, hair care, medication management, nail care, oral care, ostomy care, mobility assistance, shaving, and grooming.
- Companion services: Our experienced Companions will give
you or your loved one the necessary assistance needed at home to maintain a safe and independent lifestyle. Providing medication reminders, entertaining activities, and escorting to appointments
(doctor appointments and social engagements) are just some of the non-medical services that our Companions perform.
- Respite Services: Caregivers need a break to maintain

focus on him or herself, the family, and other important responsibilities.
- Homemaker services: Homemaker services enable the
individual or the family with whom the individual resides to maintain their private residence. Chore services consist of heavy household activities such as washing floors, windows, and walls; tacking
down loose rugs and tiles; moving heavy items of furniture in order to provide safe access and egress; ice, snow, and/or leaf removal; and yard maintenance.
- Specialized care: includes nonskilled services unique to
the Patient’s care needs that facilitate the Patient’s health, safety and welfare, and ability to live independently.
